The Moonwell and the ramparts in the west side of the map will be rich in the Bruiseweed; therefore, you can go ahead. You should also pay some attention to the following places, such as the Stonetalon Mountains, Camp Aparaje, Grimtotem Post, and then Malaka’jin etc.
