Some people have been asking about Jewelcrafting powerleveling,Jewelcrafting itself is the easiest profession in the game to level next to alchemy I have found. Getting to 300 is simple if you level it with a char---I saved all the green gems I found from nodes then used them to skill up. If you have an enchanter friend who can DE you can make back about the same about of cost of mats on all your skill ups from AHing the DE mats. 1-300 really is practically free using that method.
300-350ish you will have an abundance of green gems from instances, nodes, and prospecting if you decide to do so and most of these u can just resell on AH for about price of uncut or just vendor---they are so cheap its not a big deal.
350-375 is where it gets costly. If you want to do it the super cheap way you can get some of the free patterns (halaa, a few rep ones, etc) and just cut only those and sell them as you go. You will skill up, kinda slowly, but it wont cost much of anything.
Your other option is to buy a few patterns and start trying to make your money. Personally I scanned the AH almost hourly for a few weeks buying up decent patterns at their lowest prices. I figured I would need them eventually so I dropped about 1k and got like 4 good patterns (which should have cost much more).
Depending how many cuts you can sell a day it will take you anywhere from a few weeks to a month+ to generate enough money back to cover the cost of your purchased design.
Like jewelcrafting but it takes a lot of time and dedication. You need to become very familiar with your server economy, learn the good times to list, how to list gems, be willing to sit on gems if they arn't listing high, if you really dont have that time ,let us know ,here we have the jewelcrafting powerleveling.
