Ebay is a great market place I admit. Even stores today sell their products on ebay. However, Selling WoW Gold on Ebay is not permitted and your ebay account may get banned. If you run a search for wow gold on ebay you will see many listings, but none of the sellers will have a high amount of feedback. Reason so is because most of sellers account gets banned after a few weeks or so and then will create a new account using a friend or families legal information. With a new identity to sell, they have the ability to run/hide from previous transactions they had in the past. Possibly even taking in a customers payment and not processing their order since their Ebay account is no longer active. I would highly recommend staying away from Ebay when it comes to purchasing WoW gold.
