According to the last news Patch 2.4.3 notes which we post,knowing that Mounts at 30 is possible.Many player talk this in world of warcraft forums,they dont know if it is true,someone asked:"It's totally crap. We've survived with mounts at 40 for what.. 3 years? now they wanna change?"More players really happy,"It's totally awesome! Now I can get through the tedium of 30-39 EVEN FASTER...and it costs less (not that doing a few dailies at 70 wouldn't cut it, but I had tons of trouble on a new server getting that $$ together my first time around)."

If you are at level 30 now,dont be so worried,you can come to buy mounts immediately,No-further thinking.It is said they screwed up the mount changes. What they should have done is made it:
1) first mount @ 25 for 25G
2) epic mount @ 40 75G
3) epic mount + speed enhancement @ 55 250G
4) Flying mount @ 65 500G
5) Epic flying @ 70 for 2500G
